At Wow Factor East Coast, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality training and development opportunities for all our athletes. To maintain the consistency and effectiveness of our programs, the following policies apply to all private lessons, training packages, and sessions:

1. Non-Refundable Payments
   All payments made for lessons, training sessions, and packages are non-refundable. Once payment is submitted, it secures your scheduled time with our coaching staff and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

2. Non-Transferable Sessions
   All sessions are non-transferable and must be used by the athlete for whom they were originally booked. Sessions may not be transferred to another athlete, family member, or friend.

3. Full Payment Required to Book
   Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. Time slots will not be held without completed payment.

4. Expiration Policy
   All lessons and packages must be used within one (1) year from the purchase date. Any unused sessions beyond this period will expire and will not be eligible for refund or credit.

5. No Credit or Service Exchanges
   Lessons and packages may not be exchanged for credit toward other services, merchandise, or future programs. All sessions must be used as originally intended.

6. Cancellation Policy
   Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance of your scheduled session. Any cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice will be charged in full or deducted from your package.

 

By booking any training session with Wow Factor East Coast, you agree to these terms. We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us provide a consistent and professional training environment.
